Grandioser Erfolg der jüngsten Turnerinnen
Am ersten Juli-Wochenende fuhren unsere jüngsten Turnmädchen voller Aufregung gemeinsam mit ihren Eltern, Großeltern, Geschwistern, Trainerinnen und Kampfrichterinnen zu den Landesmeisterschaften nach Rostock. Angekommen waren alle von der Kunstturnhalle überwältigt, von den feststehenden Geräten, der Schnitzelgrube, den vielen Schwebebalken und der großen Bodenmatte mit dem Spiegel an der Front. In dieser Turnhalle sollten nun gleich die Landesmeisterschaften der Kinder im Turnen stattfinden. Für einige unserer Mädchen war dies der erste große Wettkampf, umso größer die Aufregung. Im ersten Durchgang gingen Elfi und Emma in der AK 7 an den Start. Sie wurden von unserer neuen Trainerin Iuliia hervorragend betreut und motiviert. Beide zeigten ihr ganzes Können, was sie im Training bereits erlernt hatten. Am Ende belegte Elfi den hervorragenden 9. Platz und Emma konnte zur Überraschung aller die Silbermedaille erturnen und strahlte als Vizemeisterin auf dem Podest.
Im zweiten Durchgang gingen 6 Turnerinnen der SSG Rügen an den Start. In der AK 8 konnte Ella einen sehr guten 8. Platz unter 13 Teilnehmerinnen belegen. Henni überzeugte die Kampfrichterinnen vor allem am Sprung und Reck und durfte freudestrahlend die Bronzemedaille in Empfang nehmen. Doch zur Überraschung aller konnte die erst seit Kurzem bei uns trainierende Frieda den Landesmeistertitel erringen und strahlte nach einem tollen Wettkampf mit der Goldmedaille auf dem Podest um die Wette. In der AK 9 starteten auch drei Mädchen unseres Vereins. Leider erwischte Mina keinen guten Tag und konnte ihr wahres Vermögen nicht abrufen. Sie belegte unter 18 Teilnehmerinnen den 12. Platz. Mira, die auch erst seit einigen Wochen bei uns trainiert, konnte sich mit Platz 7 gleich unter die Top 10 von MV turnen. Was für eine sehr gute Leistung. Doch noch besser turnte Anni in dieser Altersklasse. Sie trainierte die letzten Wochen sehr fleißig und konnte dies überzeugend im Wettkampf präsentieren. Bei der Siegerehrung wurde sie verdient mit der Bronzemedaille aus den Händen Herrn Eickes, der Vizepräsident im LTV ist, geehrt.
Eine überaus erfolgreiche Landesmeisterschaft der Kinder mit 1x Gold, 1x Silber und 2x Bronze und tollen Platzierungen für die Turnerinnen der SSG Rügen zeigt, dass wir nun den etablierten Vereinen in MV Paroli bieten können. Ein großer Dank geht dabei sicher an die Trainer*innen, Kampfrichter*innen (bei diesem Wettkampf waren dies Jennifer, Tanja und Birgit), sowie Eltern und Großeltern und nicht zuletzt an alle Sponsoren und unseren Verein für die Unterstützung.
Bei diesjährigen Landesmeisterschaften aller Altersklassen im Turnen hat die SSG Rügen insgesamt 5 Landesmeisterinnen, eine Vizemeisterin, dreimal die Bronzemedaille, sowie viele tolle Platzierungen unter den Top 10 erturnt. Darauf können wir sehr stolz sein.
